Aerospace

We design, manufacture and support cockpit display systems for a wide range of commercial and military aircraft.  Our innovative avionic CRT support capability is recognized by more than 50 leading global airlines and military operators as the dependable choice for through life support of their legacy displays.  We have extensive custom display engineering capability across both CRT and flat panel technology, underpinned by 55 years of experience in the display industry.

We provide services in electronic engineering, overhaul and repair services to international airlines, OEMs and MROs. Our capabilities include CRT Overhaul and Repair, LCD Support, High Voltage Power Supplies, Filter Panels, Burn in Stations and Test Equipment and Air Data Test Sets.  We have developed a number of proprietary procedures that deliver end-product conformance as identical in form, fit and function to the original assembly at a cost of around 40 per cent of OEM prices.

Defence Systems

We are specialists in the development, manufacture, integration and through-life support of electronic systems for defence platforms and other specialized applications.  As a vendor to both local and international defence forces and primes, we utilize our specialist display and systems engineering capabilities to provide leading edge, dependable solutions that meet the most demanding requirements.  We have considerable experience across a range of defence platforms in long term support of defence hardware.

Simulation

We design and manufacture high quality facsimile display units for simulation applications, based on the specific requirements of clients who require alternative solutions for their simulator applications.  Applications range from avionic systems to weapons platforms.  We also offer technical support for simulator-related display systems, including component overhaul of displays and visual systems used in both commercial and military flight simulators.

Commercial

We provide total support solutions to IT OEMs, including the Southern Hemisphere’s leading commercial LCD repair capability.  From our core competencies in LCD technology, we are able to provide support solutions across a wide range of advanced consumer and specialized electronics.  We deliver cost effective repair of display electronics, LCD driver TABs, backlights, polarizers and other electronic systems.
